Got my eyebrows threaded here and the service I received was quite frankly shocking. The woman on the eyebrow bar was very abrupt, rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Whilst doing my eyebrows, she kept shouting at me stretch! (meaning to stretch my eyelid), and I politely explained I didnt understand what she wanted me to do. She then grabbed my hand and put it where she wanted it on my eyelid. I understand that this is a walk-in eyebrow bar, but this is not a reason to treat your customers so disrespectfully. Ill never be going back here ever again and would recommend that others do the same.
