ALways found the staff to be busy but most helpful when you can track one of them down, Usually worth the wait in my opinion!
Don't EVER bother trying to ring them,it's like they just ignore the phone .They just lost a 400 bike sale .

Was going to take my bike there to get fixed I bought the bike from Halfords 5 yrs ago but remembering standing waiting a good 45 mins before being seen so not going bk there
Would like to thank Phil in the Cramlington branch i work in a customer service driven job myself and I feel that staff are never praised enough. Anyways he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and my little boy when the car we bought was advertised with working lights only for it not to actually have working lights. Phil was very polite and although misold via the website we couldn't fault Phil and we still went away Happy customers, good job Phil
