AF were the cheapest for a replacement tyre. Rob the fitter was excellent explained the different ratings of the tyre and gave loads of tips on saving tyre wear. He also me a few things that would need doing to the car in the future but no hard sell just to keep them in mind. Rob did the change quickly and friendly and polite. AF tyres A+
Took my wife Mini Cooper in for an MOT, service and what we thought was a blown exhaust. Glen kept me updated throughout the day. He told me that the exhaust was fine and only required a bracket. The service I received was second to none. The car was returned by the time Glen had told me. I would highly recommend AF to anyone requiring any work carried out on their vehicle. I will definitely be taking both our cars there from now one.Took my Jaguar XF to have the front suspension repaired after it snapped in Morpeth. I had taken it to a garage not far from where it had broken, but after a week they decided that they couldnt remove some of the bolts and I would have to take it to a Jaguar dealer. I rang Glen and explained the situation to him. He assured me that they could carry out the work. I arranged to take the car Glen kept me informed about it progress at every stage and promised that the car would be ready on the day agreed. He rang the next day to tell me that Jaguar had sent the wrong parts and the correct parts would be delivered by courier the following day. He rang me to let me know the parts had arrived and that the car would be ready that day. I cant than him and the team for their professionalism and quality of their work. I have now found a garage that I trust with my cars and know they will do a first class job.
I went to AF for some new tyres following advisories on my MOT. I had called in a couple of weeks prior and was given a quote and advice on when was best to go in. I arrived on a Saturday morning and was all done within 30 minutes. I had needed three originally but was advised that in the mechanics opinion only two would be needed. This was great service and very honest - admirable. All staff I dealt with were friendly and polite and explained things that I clearly knew nothing about. Overall I was very happy with the service and would gladly use AF Tyres again :)
