As someone whom fears dental appointments I found registering here a blessing . I went this month as a new patient as I knew I needed a filling . After a check up appointment within 3 days I was told I needed as expected further treatment for a filling , the dentist Mr Howell was reassuring and put me at ease. He also didnt judge me for not being to a dentist for years . My treatment was explained fully . Today I had the filling and was absolutely fine and will be returning every 6 months from now on as I should . Highly recommended!
I have been with dentists here for over 40 yrs and never had a problem. The dentist we see now is julia and she is excellent!!!. I lost a filling recently and it was no problem getting an appointment, unfortunately the day before my appointment my back went. Julia went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. An excellent service
I would seriously give this dentist a.minus if I could. I have never experienced such petty disgusting behaviour in my life. My mum died a few years ago as such we were backwards and forwards to the Hospital my partner rang and apologised explained he would still pay the fee he was told don't bother coming back. Seriously is this how so called professionals act. We have rang this week to enquire if he could return and i could register he was told no as he missed one appointment and didn't give any other reason. Surely they are governed as they have an NHS contract They are acting like petulant children and it looks like it's not the first time. I am going to report them as this just isn't good enough
I have been looked after by this practice for over 30 years and have been well satisfied with both treatment and service. I have just recommended Rivenhall to friends that have recently moved into our village.
Gutted as all my previous experiences have been amazing. But today I was asked to sign a new but different consent form, when I asked to read it 1st... this is where the problems started... the owner Mrs Jennie Ryan seemed perturbed with my need to read the consent form before I signed it... after she tried her hardest to esculate the situation into a unnecessary argument... at this point I let her know I was feeling under pressure and chose to count to 10 to give myself the chance to remain calm.... success I was now happy enough to sign the consent form under duress due to lack of options to view the forms contents to keep the peace... Jennie responded by telling me she would now not allow me to sign the form... and asked me to leave. I did happily. I won't be back... shame the owner ruined it for the great staff who work there.... I will miss the young man who did my work... and don't wish this review to reflect on him or any other good member of staff when the owner and her attitude and authoritarian methods are the problem here.... also please be aware if you question anything you are made out to be a difficult customer loudly for the benefit if all in reception to hear... thus creating aggression now also from members of the public....so on leaving I found myself alarmed and scared there may be a violent situation round the corner ..... I left quickly and worried.
