We've been there for a year now and the doctors and staff are really nice and helpful
My wife and I have been with this practice from January 1975 in that time they have all ways been very professional helpful and they listen to you both my wife and I have gone through cancer and are now in remission they work very hard with the hospital we had our chemotherapy. To us they always go the extra mile.
I have been with this practise,since the early nineties.The personell,all of them,from reception,nurses,doctors,are all exceptional in their field.I have unfortunately many medical difficulties,all of which have been dealt with to the highest possible standard.Indeed,I would not have seen Christmas 2017 without the diligent and caring attitude of Dr k Peterson.All my experiences with other doctors in the practise,have produced problem solving result,with attention to listening to the difficulty at hand.I cannot sing their praises enough.God bless them all.
I have been with this surgery for over 4 years and have found the doctors and nurses to be professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. I have attended for standard ailments, routine examines, and severe health problems. Every visit I am treated with care, respect, and thoughtful treatment. I cannot express how highly I regard this surgery and all of it's doctors and nurses.In addition to great professional services, I am able to get appointments in within reasonable timeframes. And, the surgery offers online booking and prescription renewals making these tasks that much easier.
Having moved from a nearby surgery in the summer to Forum, Ive been able to get an appointment for myself and family without any delays! The doctors we saw didnt rush us and I felt listened to!I didnt realise just how poor a service I had received from my previous surgery and really wished I had moved years ago. Also the nurse (Janice?) was so lovely to my 3 yr old when she needed her boosters! The little stickers and chit chat made a big impression on her! Keep up the excellent service :-)
