Horrendous experience with the delivery process and no apology from the bazaar group.Just shocking! They are clearly not interested in customer service satisfaction. AVOID!

Avoid this company!Ordered a bean bag which was delivered as expected. Only slight criticism at this stage was lack of tape on the box, not end of the world at this stage.Took product home and everything was fine again apart from the bean bag been too big (my fault).Arranged a return. Placed product (that was unused) back into the box it came in. Then used supplies at work to tape up and applied extra tape than what it come with to protect it.Item was delivered back and then 2 days later they emailed me saying they wouldn't refund me as the product was dirty. The picture shown a small marking that looked like typical warehouse markings. It definitely wasn't my end as all I done was take out the box, place on carpet and then boxed back up again.My guess is that it was delivered back, someone has taken out of box and placed on dirty floor. This is where the marks have come from. Luckily I spoke to Amazon who agreed with me and issued me with a refund.My honest review, shortened down. Product was good, delivery packaging could be better, customer service is shocking. For this I give 1 star and advise others to look/shop elsewhere
