Took my wife there 3 times for help, sent her home the first 2 times with over the counter sachets to take, 3rd time they said she would be kept in for 2 days, and she never came home againThey had the opportunity on our first 2 visits to help my wife and should have kept her in then, but didn't despite telling me she was very, very ill.The communication was shocking and my wife deteriorated under their care. Never again will I visit this place if I have a choice
My son was blue-lighted down to NSECH at 1am this morning. The paramedics were fantastic and the staff on Ward 7 were absolutely amazing, every single one of them. I can't praise them highly enough for making what was a very anxious time for both of us as stress free as it could possibly be. Thank you all so much.
Hi, my name is Daniel Law (Edinburgh) . I was admitted into ward 4 on the 5th December and felt that I had to wright a review. The staff from paramedics (sorry about the dog, he is a bit protective ) , A&E staff, ward staff (Doctors, nurses and even auxiliary staff) were all absolutely fantastic and looked after me very well, I don't have anything negative that I could possibly say about Cramlington Hospital. Thank you so much for all the staff on ward 9 for looking after my grandma before she got moved to hexham. She wouldn't of got the care she needed if it wasn't for yous as dryburn kept fobbing her off. Thank you again xx
Was taken into this hospital on Saturday 24th November. After being seen by the doctor was moved to ward 4 and found all the staff to be fantastic, helpful and sympathetic. Can not praise them enough.
