Great food & friendly staff
I only come to Newcastle a couple of times a year to visit family and we always order from here. Food is lovely and hot. Had the vermicelli tonight and was spot on. Will be ordering from here again on my next visit

Really really disappointed in the customer service. Been ordering here for years, last week my order was 2 hours late yet I still paid full price and this week I called in and a woman answered Ive never spoken to and she was extremely rude over the phone, no manners and her verbal body language just screamed I dont care, I work in customer service my self and if I delivered the call she gave me then Id be sacked on the spot! Asked for her name she said it was sue, asked what was here surname she said its just sue... never written a bad review or even a review for any business in the past but because of how bad that was I felt like I needed too... theyve lost a customer because of it.
Fantastic food. The lady on the phone said it would be about an hour and it was bang on time. The food was absolutely delicious! Boiling hot too and friendly driver. Would definitely order again and this was our first time. My mouth is watering writing this review!
