We love the Vue. The staff are really helpful. The sound system is up to date, powerful & well balanced. It's clean, the temperature is good & has plenty parking
I really like this cinema. The seats are big and comfortable, loads of leg room to stretch the legs. The sound systems and screens are amazing (especially screen 1's atmos) The auditoriums and toilets are always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. They charge 4.99 (more if in screen 1 or 3d) on Mondays which is a reasonable price. Only thing that let's it (and every other cinema) down is the price for food and drink, decidedly unreasonable...luckily there's a Poundland 100 yards inside Manor Walk if you want sweets and drinks.
Staff can be friendly at times, cinema is always clean and you don't stick to your seats. At peak times it tends to be busy so best to book in advance. Screen sizes are fairly decent, even screen 3 which seats around only 50 people. Audio is always good, never had any issues when watching a movie that need to be reported back to the Vue staff members. If you attend with a child who is on the small side you can ask the staff for a booster for their seat.
Modern, sleek and very comfortable. Excellent selection of snacks and beverages with competent and friendly staff. I love visiting this place when I am in Cramlington.
Great place to go watch your favourite new films. Can be very busy at peak times but staff always have a smile on their face even when they appear to be rushed off their feet. Some lovely choices of ice cream and nachos. Perfect for us. We're booked in for Friday to watch fantastic beasts 2 and the kids are really excited. Thanks, Paul.
