There are 3 ladies that work here that are amazing! Always happy to help but not just that are totally down to earth and mega pet lovers. Only fault if there was one are the prices. You can get 90% of the stuff at least 20% less
My dog was very unwell. I rang first thing and they said to bring him down. The vets were kind and caring. They promptly did investigations and referred him to hospital. All of the staff had been kind. Even the staff of reception all said how much they loved him. Sadly he passed away, but he had the best care from everyone. Thank you

The staff there are incredible, so friendly! I just got my 2 pet Guinea pigs! The staff provided vital and general information on the pets as well as being very welcoming. Defiantly going back
