They need to take the job more seriously, the post office 'Inside' another shop (A very bad idea) gets put on the back burner if there are sacks of potatoes, or magazines, or tins to be stacked on the shelves, I'm sure she was away checking her facebook profile or something while having a '"tab" as I stood waiting.
Post office closes at 5:30 but mail gets picked up before 5PM.
