I was contacted as soon as my order was dispatched, I was told exactly when it would arrive and it did. The shoes were exactly what I expected, the quality is superb. These are actually better than the Lomer shoes they are replacing. It looks like they are made by the same company but the company has definitely upped it's game.I will be buying from this company again
