On a GMT now don't like the bus driver one bit at school said they were switching but they didn't when i ask if they can drop off at the middle stop and lynemouth hospital he replies NO we don't stop there but they should in times of need I had to go to multiple doctor appointments and was late for all of them because of the careless nature of some of the bus driver Frank and Kevin and Gregg are class but the rest are late at horrible don't like them on the 21st of September 2018 on the bus 203 of ashington academy the driver kept taking his eyes of the road to the back of the bus I DONT FEEL SAFE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE NEED TO GET SERIOUS ON SAFETY CAUSE IT IS REALLY BAD
What an awful experience from the driver When traveling on bus 6 YN07EAG on the 3rd Dec 2017. Travled from Throckley to Edinburgh with no toilet stops when ask was told No im not stopping! Then pulled over in a lay by and expected a fully growning woman to pee at the side of the mortor way i full view of everyone . When we left the bus he then went though people's personal property and refused to give it back . When traveling home a young boy of 3 needed the toilet the driver said I already told you's I'm not stopping the child's mother explained he has problems with is kidneys and also need a Number 2 . He said all I do is stop at the side of the road but you better have toilet roll ( may I add this was at 6.30pm with hardley any lighting) will never use this company again and others should strongly consider using this company.
