despicable service!! lodged a complaint due to bad service and owner isn't even taking time out to consult regarding this. NEVER GO HERE. My dog is still suffering due to negligence from this vets. Colin won't even talk to me regarding my problem with my dog and has left my dog to suffer with her health problem.

My experience was excellent. I was really worried about my pets surgery but they took care of both of us extremely kindly and I left feeling he was in really good hands. He was looked after brilliantly, everything was explained clearly, I received a call when he was out of surgery to reassure me that everything had gone ok. Every member of staff I interacted with was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I won't feel any apprehension taking him to this vets if he ever needs to go again, they were genuinely great.
