Chicken was greasy and I either got a bit of muscle or a lump of uncooked chicken in my meal.Children's meal came out around ten minutes after the adults. Four chicken nuggets on a meal is actually ridiculous too.Drinks tasted off. The coke was either cheap or watered down, the beer also tasted off.It's a shame. I ate here before and would have gave it 4 stars based on that visit... I'm not sure what changed but I won't be coming back anytime soon.
Very short staffed, surly staff, waiter just plonked down food at the end of our 3 tables without asking who the plates were for, no smile - nothing. Not a pleasant experience today.
Reasonably sized pub with average prices. It is close to the shopping centre and the cinema. There is plenty of parking outside. The place is clean and tidy and so are the toilets. I haven't tried the food but it always seems reasonably busy which is a good sign. There is some outside seating available.
Very good food in pleasant and convenient pub, close to shops and cinema. Usually plenty of availability without booking. Good service and very good value. Had 8oz. sizzler steak served on a bed of grilled peppers and red onions, topped with cheese mushrooms and peppercorn sauce for under 10. Good range of drinks as you would expect in a pub and plenty parking right outside in large shopping centre car park.
Good pub!No table service so it's a case of ordering yourself at the bar! However, staff are very friendly (also child friendly)! They are happy to help and very welcoming!Pub also has a nice atmosphere to it welcoming all different kinds of people.
