Initially not great! Got there at 10.15ish...spoke to senior salesman giving him my needs. He asked me to look around...I did and took photos of car I was interested in...walked around and stood in showroom expecting someone to see me at some point. Was thinking of just leaving and saw a salesman outside in courtyard...asked him if there was any sales people to help and he told me that he would send someone out...hung around and decided to leave at 11 when no-one turned up. Rang EH and asked for an appointment. The person on the line was very helpful and it helped. Maybe I look too poor lolForget the above to update after I made an appointment!! I showed up expecting to be seen, as I had booked and appointment withwan in depth list of cars I was interested in...but I turned up asked some lady at the desk and she asked me to sit and she would ask one of the sakesmas...I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!...I sat for a further 10+ and no one even came over to explain the situation. I went over to talk to him...he was on a phone to the regional manager...I asked if I talked to the RM, he said, "No". At that point I voiced my ooiopin in the very poor service...AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!

Really delighted with the level of customer service I received when buying a new car here recently. Salesman wasn't salesy at all and gave some great honest advice. Found a nice package that suited my financial situation and did a deal! Will defiantly be using you again sometime in the future when I fancy an upgrade. Thanks again, Paul.
Really bad. Ignored by free salesmen when first arrived, to busy playing on his mobile. Got the car we went to view opened so we could have a look at it only for the salesman to disappear with another customer on a test drive. No apology, no would you like a coffee nothing.. to busy kissing a customers backside. I asked one of the two other salesman if we could take it for a test drive to be told sorry Jeff has the keys in his pocket and has went out on a test drive. Looked at new cars in showroom for a while, got bored waiting so long and left. Went to another dealership and placed an order on a new vehicle. There loss. But I must be honest one of the salesmen who was with another customer stopped on his way out and spoke to us he was nice, the rest of them cannot be arsed. The nice salesman sat at the first desk on the right as you go in an older tall gentleman. Rubbish customer service.
