My own personal experience was very good. I bought a very nice Ford Mondeo 20 TD Zetec for a great price. Saying that, some of the cars for sale are not in the best condition, so buyer beware. Always take someone with you for a second opinion...
The cafe on site is fab. Some decent cars but check how long the trader has been on site as some fold and open under new names.

Bought a car with allegedly a 12 month mot, and took it to my local garage to get the handbrake adjusted less than a week after getting it. The advisory that I was told had been done hadn't, there was a snapped coil spring, nd a new handbrake cable was needed. They refused to accept anything other than the cable. And took no responsibility for anything else.
