Brilliant service. I ordered some cartridges just before Christmas and was very impressed with the speedy delivery, bearing in mind Christmas post.
I placed my order and received a confirmation that the item had been sent on Monday 12th November 2018. After a few days I contacted them, to be informed that "the postal service may have it at your local sorting office" - my postman has options where to leave a package if I am not in (and I had been every day for a week). I contacted them again to say it wasn't at the sorting office, and I've heard nothing. I would like a refund please - still currently waiting to print documents which I can't do, having no ink cartridge - highly unprofessional service
