I rang geeks on wheels and they managed to fit me in short notice A nice lad called adam came to my home in Morpeth and repaired my computer that was running slow he did a great job and give me a good price my computer has never ran this fast he found 467 viruses and removed them and give me some good advice on how to keep my computer running at its best great company will use them again when my computer needs a check up.

I have nothing but praise for Alan at Geeks on Wheels Cramlington. He is knowledgeable yet explains everything clearly, he gives the best advice for the individual circumstances (not just advising the most expensive course of action as some may do!), he always goes the extra mile. I needed a new screen for my laptop and he sourced it and fitted it quickly and expertly. I then asked him to help me to choose, buy and set up a desk top PC and he gave the most up-to-date advice on everything from hardware to internet security to getting the most from my home broadband. I can't recommend him enough.
I was having horrendous problems with a computer/printer which was only about 18 months old, which everyone who looked at it said it was a wifi problem and needed a booster. I called a local company in who followed the same route and fitted a booster and charged a lot of money for the callout and booster; however the problems persisted. Fortunately that was when I found Alan Watson of Geeks on Wheels, Cramlington. He came out tested everything and found the problem, which was quite serious, if I hadn't been convinced by the wifi diagnosis I may have been able to sort something while the computer was still under guarantee. Anyway, rather than throw good money after bad, Alan supplied a new, better system which has given first class service. I can't thank him enough. In retrospect I wish I had known Alan before I bought the original computer as I had no idea there could be so many potential problems with new, more streamlined computers, I could have saved a lot of bother and money.
