Lovely staff and room, highly recommended
A case of you get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful. Good access to all major routes. Good menu and plenty of offers on food and drink.
I have stayed in Premier Inns throughout the country and have never had reason to complain but I would recommend giving this one the biggest bodyswerve ever .went to work this morning and when I returned I found my bag ransacked and my small jar that I put all my loose change from 50p upwards into each night lying open on top of my bag with all the contents stolen from it .Only about 15pounds , but the amount doesnt matter , you should be able to leave your belongings safely in your room , mine was hidden at the bottom of my bag and covered with my clothes . As this hotel uses keycards for entry and mine was at work with me then it means someone else has accessed my room using a master card . The manager was completely uninterested and told receptionist that I would have to report it to the police . Worst customer service ever . I have given one star as I wasnt allowed to post if I gave my true rating of zero stars
Incredibly comfy beds as usual, friendly staff, good grub nextdoor at the Beefeater or McD's the other side if you prefer, even a Co-op garage shop if you want to grab and go. We'll situated just off the A19 and handy for A1 North or South. Definitely added to our "overnight stops" list
Clean tidy and comfortable would definitely stay here again. Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent. Lots of construction there at the moment but we didn't notice any noise during our Sunday night stay.
