Waited in 2 days for a plumber, no water in the property and i have a 15 month old baby. Landlords avoid. Shocking.
Due to some kind of administrative error Mike Rogerson Agents illegally evicted the wrong person from the wrong house. With no notice. They illegally drilled out her locks and changed them, entered the property and turned on all the lights (?!), left her pet locked in the property and broke the padlock on the shed and replaced it. She returned at 9pm from work to find her cat locked inside and a telephone number for an estate agents taped to her window that doesnt open until 9am. She pays rent to a completely different agency. this company is so incompetent they illegally sent thugs to an innocent persons home. the police have been contacted and her solicitors. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Landlords Avoid at all costs.
