Warren at Reed rains at cramlington has been excellent in helping us secure a new home. He has kept us up to date every step of the way and no question has been too much for him. As I work 9-5 it was hard to get into the branch before it closed for the key hand over but he kept the branch open late for me and my wife to sign for the keys. Will recommend to anybody.
