Not used very much by me as it is easier to travel to Blyth ASDA which is very easy access to the A189 and is much larger there fore 24 hour opening here parking is so much better from the point of Cramlington where I live.
Friendly and helpful staff in a pleasant atmosphere
This Asda is one of the smaller ones in the chain, so quite often it only sells a limited varliety of products. The store is far too small for the amount of customers. As a result, there is long waits at the tills and cramped isles. The staff are generally pleasant and helpful, in true Asda fashion.
Once again card charged twice by Asda, they cant refund, have to wait for the bank to refund in probably 5 to 7 days they say. Second time this has happened, dont use your card there unless you can afford to pay double for a week!
Not a very well planned store, you have to double back looking for items and it would be helpful if at the end of each aisle they had a store guide to finding things. I asked a lady where to find an item and she then had ME following her all over the store while she tried to find it. More staff training needed.
